Abstract: The subject of our study is the articles regulating the modification of the founding document of foundation in the Turkish Civil Code. In this context, changing the organization, management and functioning of the foundation (TCC art. 112); changing the object of the foundation (TCC art. 113/1); changing the conditions and obligations that make it difficult or prevent the realization of the object of the foundation (TCC art. 113/2) and the change of the goods and rights specific to the object of the foundation (TCC art. 113/3) were examined. The conditions sought in each element change and the procedure to be applied are explained by making use of the decisions of the Supreme Court. …
