Abstract
Bologna process at the universities aims that the education is uniformed by the needs of the global market. The old concept of universities, which we call Humboldt model, will be abandoned for the new one, the Anglo-American market model, which makes the faculties one of the complementary elements of global market. Universities are now mediums, where science is no longer publicly and for society, but only for the needs of the global market. Universities are being disguised as technical schools that can be quickly transformed into technical labor. Fields such as social sciences and basic sciences, which build a critical and holistic view, are the first to suffer from this process.…
In the Centenary of the Republic, where eighty-four law faculties currently provide education, the content and agenda of the philosophy and sociology of law course is progressing in parallel with global trends. These courses, philosophy, and sociology of law, build the legitimacy of the law systems. Because of this, a transformation in the contents causes a systematic transformation.
