Abstract

This study will examine the impact and effect of “non-refoulment” principle in the expulsion of refugees and temporary protection status holders in Turkey under Turkish law. In this context, it will be elaborated, in particular, whether the protection status holders who committed or suspected to commit actions against public policy and security could be deported despite the “non-refoulement” principle and if so, on what conditions under the provisions of Turkish Foreigners and International Protection Law No. 6458 and Temporary Protection Regulation 2014 with the recent awards of Turkish Constitutional Court.…
