With its decision dated 17.07.2020, the Constitutional Court has made an important decision concerning the General Conditions of Highway Motor Vehicles Compulsory Liability Insurance, which has occupied the agenda of liability and insurance law for many years, regarding objections made through concrete norm control on some provisions of the Highway Traffic Law numbered 2918.
