The core features of blockchain technology, such as decentralization and immutability, have made it possible to conduct transactions more quickly and at a lower cost. As a result, blockchain has rapidly attracted attention from various sectors. Today, blockchain is used effectively in banking, finance, insurance, logistics, and for establishing and monitoring smart contracts. A new area of application for blockchain is decentralized justice systems. These systems generally aim to make access to justice in electronic legal proceedings easier, faster, and more affordable. This work examines how decentralized justice systems operate and evaluates whether the decisions they produce could have binding effects, similar to traditional international arbitration awards.…
