Giriş

1.1. Amaç

Bu Kılavuz’un amacı, serbest eczane denetimlerinin gerçekleştirilmesi, denetim formu ve raporunun düzenlenmesine ilişkin usul ve esasları belirlemektir.

1.2. Kapsam

Bu Kılavuz, yürürlükteki mevzuat doğrultusunda serbest eczane denetimlerinin ne şekilde gerçekleştirileceği, denetim formu ve raporunun hangi bilgileri ihtiva etmesi gerektiğine ilişkin bilgileri kapsamaktadır.
