Madde 1- Kuruluş
Bu anasözleşmede isimleri, tabiiyetleri, ikametgah adresleri ve taahhüt ettikleri sermaye payları gösterilen kimseler tarafından, 1163 Sayılı Kooperatifler Kanunu hükümlerine göre değişir ortaklı, değişir sermayeli ve sınırlı sorumlu bir konut yapı kooperatifi kurulmuştur.
